Established in 2020, D.Time — Detailing Timepieces selects, inspects, supplies and supports 1:1 replica watches. Choosing a version is one part of the work. The individual watch also needs inspection before it reaches you.
What we inspect
Our technical checks cover the appearance and materials of the watch, fine details under a specialist inspection lens, joints, edge finishing and movement readings. We also observe the watch in operation on a mechanical arm.
Images of your own watch
Before delivery, you receive photos or video of the actual watch selected for you. These images let us discuss the details of your piece directly.
A five-year warranty
D.Time provides a five-year warranty and repair support for technical faults. For a particular issue, contact us to discuss assessment and the applicable service arrangements.
Seven-day returns or exchanges for a fault on receipt
If a fault is present when you receive the watch, D.Time offers returns or exchanges within seven days. Contact us about the issue so we can discuss the next steps and the arrangements for your order.
Support after warranty
After the warranty period, we support repairs at cost. Keeping your watch in use is part of the service that accompanies every selection.
