The product category and current service policies, with order-specific details to confirm directly with D.Time.
1. Product category and our role
D.Time selects, inspects, supplies and supports high-end 1:1 replica watches. The watches are replica alternatives to authentic timepieces; D.Time does not manufacture them or describe them as authentic branded watches.
2. Confirming an order
Discuss the current version, configuration, availability, price and payment arrangement with D.Time before confirming an order. The overall product range is approximately VND 15 million to VND 600–700 million; the price and materials of each watch must be confirmed individually.
3. Inspection and delivery
Every watch is inspected before delivery, with photos or video of your exact piece shared with you. Confirm the delivery destination, available method, timing, charges and any applicable tracking or insurance directly with D.Time. International arrangements require confirmation for the specific order.
4. Returns or exchanges
Returns or exchanges apply within seven days if a fault is present on receipt. Contact D.Time to discuss the issue, how it is recorded, the applicable resolution and sending or receiving arrangements. The policy is not an unconditional return or a promise of free return shipping.
5. Warranty
D.Time provides a five-year warranty. Confirm the warranty start date, coverage, any applicable exclusions and costs with us for your watch. This service does not include a warranty from the original brand.
6. Technical support after purchase
We support repairs for technical faults and repairs at cost after the warranty period. Support for a repair does not mean every repair is free; discuss the work and costs with D.Time for your case.
7. Understanding product references
Brand and model names identify the authentic designs being referenced. A replica product should be understood as a replica, and its materials, movement and other specifications refer to its actual configuration, not automatically to those of the authentic reference.
