Support Throughout Ownership
Your experience with D.Time does not end when your timepiece is delivered. From warranty and technical support to guidance on use and care, we continue to support you throughout your ownership.
1. Five-Year Warranty
Every timepiece supplied by D.Time is covered by a five-year warranty against technical defects caused by manufacturing.
If an issue occurs, D.Time will review the information provided, assess the actual condition of the timepiece and discuss the appropriate solution with you.
The warranty applies to all orders in Vietnam and internationally, with D.Time providing support for warranty-related shipping.
For damage caused by accidents, impacts, drops or other issues resulting from use, please refer to Section 3.
2. One-for-One Replacement Within 7 Days for Defects on Arrival
If your timepiece has a technical defect upon arrival, please contact D.Time within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once the issue has been confirmed, D.Time will provide a one-for-one replacement.
To help us process your request efficiently, please provide:
- Order information
- Product reference
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue
3. Technical Support Beyond Warranty Coverage
If the five-year warranty has expired, or if your timepiece is damaged due to an accident, impact, drop or other causes arising from use, D.Time will continue to provide technical and repair support.
Repairs are carried out at cost, based on the actual condition of the timepiece and the work required.
All costs will be clearly communicated and agreed with you before any repair work begins.
4. Use & Care Guidance
Each timepiece may have a different configuration, movement, materials and operating requirements.
D.Time can assist you with:
- Crown operation and time setting
- Movement functions and complications
- Bracelet, strap and clasp operation
- Cleaning and proper storage
- Care recommendations based on the materials and configuration of your timepiece
A Note on Water Resistance
Please confirm the water resistance of your specific timepiece before exposing it to water.
The water-resistance rating of the authentic reference does not automatically apply to the corresponding 1:1 replica timepiece.
If you are unsure about the water resistance of your timepiece, please contact D.Time before using it in or around water.
5. Before Sending Your Timepiece to D.Time
If your timepiece requires warranty service or repair, please contact D.Time before sending it to us.
Please provide:
Model · Order Information · Description of the Issue · Photos or Videos, If Available
This information allows us to make an initial assessment and discuss the appropriate next steps with you.
D.Time will then coordinate the shipping and receiving arrangements with you before the timepiece is sent.
