Black Dial “Godzilla” — Depth through Black and Metallic Contrast

The defining feature of the Godzilla configuration is its glossy black dial combined with three steel-tone subdial rings. The dark surface develops depth as lighting changes, while the metallic rings surrounding the three counters create sharper reflections and additional visual layers.

Compared with the 116500LN, the 126500 generation introduces thinner subdial rings together with revised hour markers and overall dial proportions. These subtle changes play an important role in establishing the visual identity of the newer generation.

DD4131 Super Clone — The Mechanical Foundation

Inside is the DD4131 Super Clone, an integrated automatic chronograph movement operating at 28,800 vph / 4 Hz with approximately 70–72 hours of power reserve.

The movement operates the central chronograph seconds, 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, 12-hour counter at 9 o'clock and small seconds at 6 o'clock. Its column-wheel and vertical-clutch architecture supports the start, stop and running operation of the chronograph.

This is central to the value of the configuration: the chronograph is not merely recreated visually through the dial layout but operates as a genuine functional part of the Daytona experience.

Functional Chronograph & Sapphire Exhibition Caseback
